Specifically designed with your own goals and specified to your physical needs, in consideration of your limitations.
This program is based on the six components of fitness.
Each component is just as important as the next for complete and balanced fitness.
These are the components:
Cardiorespiratory - Aerobic type activities that increase heart rate like running, walking, jumping
Musculoskeletal Fitness - Resistance training, calisthenics
Muscular Strength - Weight Lifting with heavier weights/less repetitions
Muscular Endurance - Weight Lifting with lighter weights/more repetitions
Flexibility - Stretching, yoga
Body Composition - BMI, individual perception, measurements
Pay As You Go Option $40/per session
This plan is appropriate for someone who requires flexible scheduling and beginners who are unsure of their commitment level.
-Pay for 3, 6 or 9 sessions in advance
-Flexible scheduling at your discretion
Commitment Agreement $35/per session
This plan is appropriate for someone who wants to be held accountable and/or increase their follow through.
Being held financially responsible for skipped sessions increases reliability.
-Pay 12 sessions in advance
-If you cancel a session you will not be refunded the payment for that session
-If you reschedule a session it must be rescheduled within the same week or the payment will be forfeit.
